Common questions.
- What counts as an AI message?
- Each natural-language request you send (a chat turn, a literature-review prompt, an AI screening pass) counts as one message. Statistical computations themselves are unmetered.
- Can I cancel or change plans?
- Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the end of the current period. You keep access to your data on every plan, including Free.
- Do you train models on my data?
- No. Your datasets, manuscripts, and chats are private to your account and are never used to train AI models.
- Is there a discount for academia or students?
